Group Session

Beschreibung

This is the first session of our group nutrition coaching with all members of the group. We lay the important foundations of where each of you stands right now, which parameters we need to keep in mind (e.g., working times, intolerances, food restrictions,...). You learn the basic principles and we define the next steps for your first week. To get you started, you will also get access to a selection of materials.
