Is this about weight loss?

Only if you want it to! My focus is to give you a structured way of eating that makes you feel well in your body. This takes of course into account your body composition goals (weight loss, more muscles, toned body, less bloated belly,...). Your desired body composition improves as a result of the coaching.

How do I know if this is right for me?

If you feel overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice and want structure without strict rules, we are likely a good fit. If you are looking for extreme diets, quick fixes, or medical treatment, this is not the right place.

Overall, nutrition coaching is right for you if you are driven to change something in your nutrition because you want to feel better in your body.

What is your approach?

I follow the state-of-the-art science and prioritize a protein-rich, wholefood- and plant-heavy nutrition approach that is not afraid of healthy fats. I avoid ultra-processed foods but am not dogmatic about it. When coaching, I listen to your goals and provide you an approach that you can integrate into your life without feeling like constantly dieting or giving up everything delicious.    

Do you provide meal plans?

I don't prescribe you rigid meal plans you must follow. You’ll receive recipe ideas and practical examples on what to eat in real situations (restaurants, at work, when travelling, on training days,...). You'll learn how to decide and lots of hands-on tipps. 

How much time & work is required? 

We only have few sessions that are set flexibly around your schedule. The doing happens inside your existing routine. You don't need to set aside further time during your week. However: To form new habits, a certain amount of discipline is necessary. "If nothing changes, nothing changes." But don't worry: We cut down the changes in portions that you digest well.

Are you available between sessions?

Yes, within structured check-ins (not 24/7 messaging).
