I will come to your office for a speech on Why Nutrition Matters where I explain the most important principles for staying healthy while eating well - even in a time-pressured, high-paced business environment. We specifically discuss hacks for eating out (with or without clients), meal prepping for busy people who don't like cooking, and how to avoid constant snacking in the office. The inspirational talk is followed by a Q&A session with the team. Optional, this session can be combined with an office-sponsored lunch with various options, or a joint look through the office's kitchen or canteen menu.
